£34.99 for the set.

• What you get: an 11oz white ceramic mug and a round ceramic bauble (approximately 7.5cm) with a gold hanging string, personalised with your pet's photo and name.
• Photo: provide a clear, well-lit photo of your pet and the name to print. Do not complete checkout unless the photo and name have been successfully submitted.
• Artwork: we prepare the design from your submitted photo and name. If the photo is too dark or blurry to print well, we email you before production.
• Delivery: printed in the UK and usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days by Royal Mail Tracked. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Christmas orders: order early. We cannot promise delivery by Christmas without confirming the expected date with you in writing before production. Please do not rely on a fixed cut-off date.

Returns and statutory rights: Personalised goods made to your specifications cannot normally be cancelled or returned just because you change your mind. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected. Read our refund policy and shipping policy before ordering.
