Nosey Parcel is a UK pet shop for useful, giftable products that make life with pets easier. Here are the answers to common ordering questions.
Can I order now?
Yes. Our current range is available to order now. Choose any size or colour options, add the item to your basket and check out securely. For personalised gifts, add your pet’s name and photo before adding to basket.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Standard UK delivery is free. Delivery to Ireland and the Netherlands is £4.99 per shipment; personalised gifts are made and sent separately, so a basket with both shows two delivery charges. Most orders are estimated at 5 to 11 days; personalised gifts are made to order and their timing is confirmed by email before production. The exact option and estimate are shown before payment.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Netherlands. UK standard delivery is free; Ireland and Netherlands delivery is £4.99 per shipment.
How do I claim the free treat pouch?
When the other items in your basket reach £50 or more, add the Dog Treat Pouch to your basket. The discount changes it to £0 at checkout. The pouch itself does not count towards the £50, and below £50 the normal pouch price applies. One free pouch per order.
Can I return something?
Yes. For most items you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as set out in our refund policy. Personalised items made to your design can’t be returned for a change of mind, but if anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we’ll put it right. Your statutory rights as a UK customer are not affected.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is through Shopify’s secure checkout. The payment methods available to you, such as cards and digital wallets, are shown at checkout before you pay. We never see your card details.
