Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Netherlands.
Delivery cost
- United Kingdom: free standard delivery on every order.
- Ireland and the Netherlands: £4.99 standard international delivery per shipment. Personalised gifts are made and sent separately from other items, so a basket with both is charged £4.99 for each shipment.
The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Most orders usually arrive within 5 to 11 days. Personalised gifts are printed in the UK and sent by Royal Mail Tracked. Each product page shows its delivery estimate.
Personalised items
Personalised items are made to order. We confirm your design and the expected delivery timing with you by email before your item goes into production. Please don't rely on a specific date, such as a Christmas deadline, until we have confirmed it with you in writing.
Tracking and delays
Delivery times are estimates and can't be guaranteed. Where your parcel is tracked, we'll email you the tracking details when it ships. If your order is delayed or missing, contact us through our contact page or email swehlia@gmail.com with your order number.
